How do I create an account?

Download Hotelly from the App Store or Google Play (coming soon), open the app, and sign up using your email, Google account, or Apple ID.

How do I submit a service request?

After signing in, navigate to the hotel's service menu, select the service you need, and tap "Request". You'll receive real-time updates on the status of your request.

Can I cancel a service request?

Yes. Go to your active requests, tap on the request you'd like to cancel, and select "Cancel Request". Note that requests already being fulfilled may not be cancellable.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll to "Account", and select "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also email us at support@deskbell.app to request deletion.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All communication is encrypted with TLS/SSL, and your data is stored on secure servers in the EU. See our Privacy Policy for details.
