These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hotelly mobile application and related services ("Service") operated by Hotelly ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Hotelly connects hotel guests with hotel staff for service requests. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@deskbell.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Guests may submit service requests to hotels they are connected with. Hotel staff may receive, manage, and fulfill requests through the staff interface. Each role has access only to information necessary for the Service.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Hotelly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotelly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
